Products and pricing

We do our best to describe every product accurately. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Where a listing contains an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Digital products

Ebooks, printables and downloadable activity packs are licensed for personal or single-classroom use. You may print them for your own children or your own class. You may not resell, redistribute or upload them elsewhere.

Intellectual property

All text, characters, artwork and designs on this site belong to The Halifax Empire and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment has cleared and you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock, payment or delivery cannot be confirmed.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
